Met with several CPSC Commissioners to discuss the proposed rule on Certificates of Compliance and the need for an 18-month effective date on the final rule. Met with House Energy and Commerce Committee Staff to discuss the answers provided in the the July 2024 CPSC oversight hearing in the House Innovation, Data and Commerce Subcommittee.

Submitted questions to House Energy and Commerce Committee Members' Offices for their consideration in preparation for the July 23, 2024 Innovation, Data and Commerce Subcommittee's oversight hearing of the CPSC.

H.R. 8773 - Financial Services and General Government Appropriations Act, 2025. Advocated for report language that would establish Congressional oversight of the Consumer Product Safety Commission and increase transparency in their process of awarding government contracts.

We engaged with House offices on ongoing rulemakings taking place at the US Consumer Product Safety Commission that pertain to durable juvenile products under Section 104 of the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act. We also met with CPSC Executive Director Austin Schlick for an introductory meeting and to discuss the priorities of CPSC enforcement as well as the pressing issues in the juvenile products space.
