JUVENILE PRODUCTS MANUFACTURERS ASSOCIATION

We engaged with House offices on ongoing rulemakings taking place at the US Consumer Product Safety Commission that pertain to durable juvenile products under Section 104 of the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act. We also met with CPSC Executive Director Austin Schlick for an introductory meeting and to discuss the priorities of CPSC enforcement as well as the pressing issues in the juvenile products space.
