ARTBA offered input to the Office of Management and Budget as it considered guidance relating to the Buy America provisions in the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA). ARTBA continued to reiterate priorities for implementation of the IIJA. ARTBA supported passage of the Water Resources Development Act.
ARTBA supported the modernization of the National Environmental Policy Act(NEPA) and opposed the rollback of recent NEPA reforms.
Opposed expanding U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Army Corps of Engineers (Corps) jurisdictional authority to include roadside ditches.
