H.R. 4417 - The Ending Agricultural Trade Suppression Act (EATS); INFB supports the EATS act as a legislative fix that would prevent states from impeding agricultural trade from other states within the U.S. This is in response to the unfavorable Prop 12 ruling from the U.S. Supreme Court.
