H. R. 906 - REPAIR Act: Ensures consumers have access to data relating to their motor vehicles, critical repair information, and tools, and to provide them choices for the maintenance, service, and repair of their motor vehicles.

H.R. 1165 - Data Privacy Act of 2023:To amend the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act to modernize the protection of the nonpublic personal information of individuals with whom financial institutions have customer or consumer relationship, and for other purposes. S. 513 - Insure Cybersecurity Act of 2023: To require the Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Communications and Information to establish a working group on cyber insurance, to require dissemination of informative resources for issuers and customers of cyber insurance, and for other purposes. S. 3337 - DATA Privacy Act: To establish national data privacy standards in the United States, and for other purposes.

H.R. 3388 & S.1607 - RAMP Act: Amends title XVIII of the Social Security Act to permit a private cause of action for damages in the case of a group health plan which fails to provide for primary payment or appropriate reimbursement.

H.R. 550 - Wildfire Forecasting and Detection: To direct the Administrator of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration to maintain a program that improves wildfire forecasting and detection, and for other purposes. H.R. 1496 - National Weather Service Communications Service: Upgrades the communications service used by the National Weather Service. H.R. 1715 - Numerical Weather and Climate Prediction Research: Directs the Department of Energy and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration to conduct collaborative research in order to advance numerical weather and climate prediction in the United States. H.R. 6311 - National Adaptation and Resilience Strategy: S. 3642 - Weather Modeling: Advanced Weather Model Computing Development Act

H.R. 5863 -Federal Disaster Tax Relief Act of 2023: This bill extends rules for the treatment of certain disaster-related personal casualty losses and provides tax relief for losses due to wildfires and a certain incident involving a train derailment.

S. 2805 - Protecting Our Courts from Foreign Manipulation Act of 2023:reases transparency and oversight of third party funding by foreign persons and prohibit third-party funding by foreign States and sovereign wealth funds.
