Lobbied to provide the Department of Homeland Security and Department of Labor the authority to issue supplemental H-2B visas. Lobbied on the H-2 Improvements to Relieve Employers (HIRE) Act - H.R. 4708 to extend the period of stay for approved H-2 visa holders. Lobbied on allocating additional resources to allow key federal agencies responsible for employment-related immigration adjudication, processing, and compliance, to expand measures to address existing adjudication backlogs, modernize technological capabilities, and strengthen monitoring and compliance capabilities. Lobbied on the DIGNITY Act (H.R. 3599). Advocated to Improving the ability of U.S. employers to hire and retain international graduate or post-graduate students in key STEM-related sectors post-graduation allowing eligible individuals and their employer to apply for an employment-based immigrant visa exempt from existing annual numeric limitations by supporting the Keep STEM Talent Act (S. 2384/H.R. 5477). Provided input on the USCIS proposed rule to increase processing fees and H-1B Modernization Rule.

Lobbied on the SECURE Notarization Act (H.R. 1059, S. 1212) to allow a notary public commissioned under state law to remotely notarize electronic records and for states to recognize notarizations performed under the laws of other states. Additionally, the bill allows a notary public to remotely notarize electronic records involving an individual located outside of the United States, subject to certain requirements. Requires U.S. courts and states to recognize notarizations, including remote notarizations of electronic records, that occur in or affect interstate commerce and are performed by a notary public commissioned under the laws of other states. Educated congressional offices on recent changes in real estate transaction policies.

Lobbied on the implementation of the Moving Americans Data Protection Act (S. 758, H.R. 1568, Public Law 118-39) to protect the personal data of military personnel and transferees who are shipping their household goods to the U.S. The legislation protects personally identifiable information (PII) by directing the Director of the CBP to remove the PII of individuals prior to making manifest data available for sale.

Lobbied on the reinstatement of the moving expense deduction to make it easier to move and relocate employees, essential for U.S. employers as they rebuild and strive to remain globally competitive and strengthen the U.S. economy. Provided material to Ways and Means Tax Work Groups on importance of the reinstatement. Provided feedback on the pending reintroduction of the Mobile Workforce State Income Tax Simplification Act to simplify the standards and processes for taxing nonresident employees who travel temporarily to other states for work. Lobbied on the Tomorrows Workforce Act (S. 722, H.R. 1477) to expand 529 plans to cover credentialing, licensing and certain training.

Lobbied to strengthen the U.S. supply chain and workforce availability in regard to the transport of the personal household goods of transferees.
