The bill will also make a requirement that Medicaid programs cover medication-assisted treatments for individuals with substance use disorders permanent. HR 4531: SUPPORT for Patients and Communities Reauthorization Act. This bill seeks to modify various grants, programs and activities that address substance use and misuse as well as modify provisions related to scheduling of controlled substances. The bill will also make a requirement that Medicaid programs cover medication-assisted treatments for individuals with substance use disorders permanent.

HR 6683: Preserving Senior's Access to Physicians Act of 2023: This will amend XVIII of the Social Security Act to increase support for Physicians and other practitioners in adjusting to Medicare payment changes. S. 4935 - Physician Fee Stabilization Act. This bill is to amend the Social Security Act to update the budget neutrality threshold under the Medicare physician Fee schedule.
