Discussion related to Department of Commerce final antidumping duty determination for tin mill products, relating to opposition of imposing new tariffs on tin mill products from allies like Germany, the Netherlands, Canada, the United Kingdom, South Korea, Taiwan, and Turkey. Concerned that imposition of these new duties would raise the cost of canned foods placing new burdens on food banks and families who rely on government food and nutrition assistance programs. General discussion relating to importing of ingredients and packaging to aid with completing the manufacturing of our products here in the U.S. Unnecessary tariffs impose significant burdens on our company, employees, and our consumers.
