Advocate on behalf of legislation to ensure public investors have access to dispute resolutions that treat them fairly and that they select. Advocate in support of policies to improve consumer protections in arbitration forums used by Registered Investment Advisers to resolve disputes with clients. Advocate on behalf of policies to reduce unpaid awards by broker dealers and investment advisers.
