Energy Choice Act, advocated for consumer choice in energy; Supported the Congressional Review Act regarding gas-powered water heaters (H.J. Res. 20 and S.J. Res. 4). Advocated for funding for the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program and staffing at the agency level for smooth administration of the program. Advocated for reform to the Energy Policy and Conservation Act of 1975 (Public Law 94-163). Met with OMB on DOE Process Rule. Discussed Consumer Furnace Rule.
