H.R. 8800 and S.4784 (House and Senate) FY 2027 National Defense Authorization Act. In HR 8800, AOC lobbied for language to establish a combat support agency for electromagnetic spectrum operations (EMSO) and EMSO core curriculum for military service schools and academies. Direct report langauge was included in EB1 Log 6187 during mark-up of HR 8800 for the EMSO Combat Support Agency. S. 4784 included direct report language (p. 179-180) for EMSO Core Curriculum.
