Preventing Future Vintage Plastic Pipeline Tragedies Act (H.R. 8050), legislation requiring operators to report to PHMSA within 3 years the estimated total mileage of Aldyl A pipeline on their systems, and state pipeline safety programs and operator distribution integrity management programs to account for historic plastics [pipes] with known safety issues.
