Initial discussion with Appropriation Subcommittee on Veterans Affairs regarding implementation by the Department of Veterans Affairs of report language in FY 2024 Consolidated Appropriations Act, H.R. 4366/P.L. 118-42 regarding Patient Safety and hospital acquired conditions in the VA medical centers.

Preserve Medicare reimbursement for ultrasound services. Promoting ultrasound services with policymakers as a way to save the Medicare program money and increase patient safety; Medicare Coverage and payment for machine/Learning and AI enabled algorithms; Medicare pricing transparency and site-neutral payments.

Issues related to Medicare reimbursement for AI enabled treatment response procedures - Meetings with House and Senate Offices regarding a predictable and dependable Medicare reimbursement pathway for Software as a Service procedures or procedures that provide clinicians with additional information that is produced with AI enabled software .

Discussions with House and Senate Offices regarding the future of Medicare physician payment and the Medicare physician payment fee schedule, submission of response to Senate Finance Committee Bipartisan RFI.
