reduce regulatory burdens such as prior authorization; ensure telehealth flexibilities; improve healthcare outcomes for all urologic disease states; ensure access to prostate cancer screenings; address urologic workforce shortages; promote urologic research funding; preserve in-office exceptions to the Stark Law; support policies to protect physician interests in the utilization of electronic health records systems; encourage drug pricing implementation and negotiations that do not hinder urologists ability to provide patient access to all pharmaceuticals or therapies.
