Support for electrification and emissions reduction efforts led by the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District (SJVAPCD) including two Charging and Fueling Infrastructure (CFI) grant applications to Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) for ZEV infrastructure and a pending CRISI request to Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) for clean locomotives; support for the development and deployment of clean energy initiatives including EV charging infrastructure, hydrogen hubs, clean locomotives, and agricultural equipment

Support for the expansion of passenger rail service through the San Joaquin Valley, including grant applications submitted by the San Joaquin Valley Regional Rail Commission (SJRRC) to the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) and the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) for projects including the Stockton Diamond Grade Separation, Grangeville Boulevard Grade Separation, Ceres to Turlock Double-Tracking, Madera High Speed Rail Station, and the Valley Rail - Sacramento Extension
