Monitor implementation of tax aspects of the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022 (P.L. No: 117-169), including energy-related tax provisions. Advice and advocacy related to proposals in the Administrations FY 25 budget recommendation involving increased excise taxes on general aviation and modifications to certain depreciation rules.
