Support improved enforcement and parity for penalties related to insurer noncompliance with the No Surprises Act, including work on the No Surprises Act Enforcement Act; Support improvement and implementation of the No Surprises Act Dispute Resolution Operations Proposed Rule and operationalization of the Final Rule; prevent changes to insurer reimbursement in the form of adverse determinations (prior authorization, denials, downcodes); implement federal tort reform for medical malpractice; unintended consequences of the expiration of the Affordable Care Act enhanced premium tax credits.

Supporting ongoing Medicare reimbursement reform, including support of the introduction of the Patients First Act; adverse impacts of the Medicaid work requirements and other program changes from the One Big Beautiful Bill Act; efforts to recall the CY 2026 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule Practice Expense rebasing.
