Followed the FY24 Energy and Water Appropriations cycle in support of the Florida Keys Water Quality Improvement Program filing a request for fundiing from the FY24 Corps of Engineers Construction Grants account. Also worked to secure the FY23 Energy and Water Appropriations awarded to the Florida Keys Water Quality Improvement Program. Work with the FY24 Energy and Water Bill included the House Bill [HR4394] and the House Appropriations Committee Report [H. Rest. 118-126]and finally the Consolidated Appropriations H.R. 750. Began working with the FY25 Energy and Water Appropriations bill in the House, HR 8997/ in supper of Florida Keys Water Quality Improvement Initiative.

Monitoring the FY25 Energy and Water Appropriations bill , HRHR 8997, to review Corps of Engineers and also the Bureau of Reclamation's funding for water in the Los Angeles area and to monitor the implementation on the Water Resources Development Act of 2024 which is H8812 in the House and S 4367 in the Senate. Monitored funding for Raymond Basin groundwater cleanup associated with the JPL.. Monitoring the FY24 Energy and Water Development Appropriations bill [HR4394] and the FY24 House Energy and Water Report. [H. Rept. 118-126].

Initial stages in House and Senate Committee of the Water Resources Development Act 2024. House WRDA bill is HR8812 and the Senate version of WRDA is S. 4367. Supported Environmental Infrastructure for the State of California and funding for the Whittier Narrows Dam.
