Urged the Department of Treasury to propose rules on the tech-neutral Clean Energy Tax Credits that does not include dirty biomass power plants and other emissions-heavy sources. Urged the Department of Treasury to use IRAs Energy Community and Domestic Content Bonus Credits for offshore wind. Urged the Department of Treasury to update and provide additional guidance on 30C Alternative Fuel Vehicle Refueling Property tax credit. Urged Congress to Oppose H.R. 8314, the No Foreign Election Interference Act, an overbroad bill that would create chilling effects on First Amendment activities without effectively preventing foreign interference in elections. Urged Congress to Oppose H.R. 6408, to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to terminate the tax-exempt status of terrorist supporting organizations, which would allow political appointees to baselessly accuse civil society organizations of supporting terrorism and revoke tax-exempt status without due process, an easily abusable power that chills First Amendment activities. Urged Congress to Oppose H.R. 9495, the Stop Terror-Financing and Tax Penalties on American Hostages Act, which includes the text of H.R. 6408 and thus would allow political appointees to baselessly accuse civil society organizations of supporting terrorism and revoke tax-exempt status without due process, an easily abusable power that chills First Amendment activities.

Res. 136, Providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Environmental Protection Agency relating to "Multi-Pollutant Emissions Standards for Model Years 2027 and Later Light-Duty and Medium-Duty Vehicles. Urged Congress to oppose H.J. Res. 163, Providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Environmental Protection Agency relating to New Source Performance Standards for Greenhouse Gas Emissions From New, Modified, and Reconstructed Fossil Fuel-Fired Electric Generating Units; Emission Guidelines for Greenhouse Gas Emissions From Existing Fossil Fuel-Fired Electric Generating Units; and Repeal of the Affordable Clean Energy Rule. Urged the EPA to approve the California Air Resources Boards (CARB) November 15, 2023 Request for Waiver and Authorization Action Pursuant to Clean Air Act Sections 209(b) and 209(e) for Californias Advanced Clean Fleets Regulation. Urged the EPA to finalize the PFAS Drinking Water Rule and list PFAS as a hazardous substance under RCRA (Resource Conservation and Recovery Act). Urged the EPA to finalize the Coal Combustion Residuals/Legacy Pond Rule. Urged the EPA to finalize the Mercury and Air Toxics Standards (MATS) final rule. Urged EPA to finalize strong rules for new gas-fired and existing coal-fired power plants. Urged EPA to ensure future actions to address pollution from existing gas-fired power plants are comprehensive and strong and address the full suite of harmful pollution emitted from them, including addressing cumulative impacts among other principles.
