EPAs Water Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (WIFIA) loan program and the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF); funding for same; and, shoreline protection through various programs and agencies; Coastal Storm Damage Reduction; Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion; authorization of a Coastal Storm Risk Management (CSRM) feasibility study in partnership with the Corps of Engineers through the Water Resources Development Act of 2024; authorization for the expansion of the State of NCs Environmental Infrastructure authority through the Corps of Engineers; and, the Bureau of Ocean Energy Managements (BOEM) planned wind energy lease sale in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Support for U.S. Army Corps of Engineers sand placement on Bald Head Island; assistance with issues related to the wind energy lease sale in the Mid-Atlantic region; issues related to the Villages Coastal Storm Damage Reduction Project with support from funds made available through NOAAs Coastal Zone Management Account; and comments on the Corps publication of a Notice of Intent to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement for the Letter Report for the Wilmington Harbor Deepening Project.

Support for the Villages Coastal Storm Damage Reduction (CSDR) project, funded through an earmark in NOAAs Coastal Zone Management Account; support for the authorization of a Coastal Storm Risk Management (CSRM) feasibility study in partnership with the Corps of Engineers through the Water Resources Development Act of 2024; and, engagement regarding the Bureau of Ocean Energy Managements (BOEM) planned wind energy lease sale in the Mid-Atlantic region.
