Asked to enact legislation that protects the 340B Drug Pricing Program.

Protection of Medicaid program. Extension of Medicare telehealth flexibilities. Requested support of CONNECT for Health Act of 2025 (S.1261/H.R.4206). Requested support of The Telehealth Modernization Act (S.2709/H.R.5081)

Requested an extension and increase of community health center funding of at least $5.8 billion per year for two years. Requested authorization of $950 million annually for two years in base funding for the National Health Service Corps program. Requested $2.1 billion over five years in funding for the Teaching Health Center GME program.

Requested to maintain access to all service area residents in the community health center program. Requested support of the Title VIII Nursing Workforce Reauthorization (S1874/HR3593).
