Opposition to the proposal to change the section 199A deduction included in the Small Business Tax Fairness Act (S.2387). Oppose the consumer financial accounting reporting recommendation with the Build Back Better Act.

Renew and expand the generalized system of preferences act, focus on tariffs including China section 301. Opposition to tariffs on Canadian, EU and Chinese products. Opposition to the COOL Online Act, which was added as an amendment to the Endless Frontier Act.Support product negotiations related to west coast port longshoreman contracts. Opposition any additional duties relating to aluminum extrusions. Request USTR extend Sec. 301 exclusions and establish process for broader applications.

Support product negotiations with organized labor to keep the flow of goods moving efficiently including by rail and the east and west coast ports. SBA/DoL Advocacy Roundtable re: overtime rule. Signed coalition letter encouraging the White House to engage the negotiations between UPS and Teamsters.

Value and use of promotional products as advertising medium, maintain deductibility of advertising expenses within the year the expense occurred.
