America's Outdoor Recreation Act (S.873) and Expanding Public Lands Outdoor Recreation Experiences Act (H.R.6492), increases access and sites for outdoor recreation and funding and improving aquatic invasive species mitigation programs. A bill to require Dept. of Commerce to establish a grant program to improve technology and education for reducing risk to marine mammals (H.R.8704/S.4948).

Draft Water Resources Development Act (improves water infrastructure) and inclusion of the Lake Access Keeping Economies Strong Act (S.1358/H.R.6909), which increases funding for U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
