I have spoken to the legislative assistant for Congressman Mike Haridopolos. If granted consent to speak in D.C., I will lobby on behalf of my own company, Elite Real Estate & Finance LLC, in order to help secure federal funding for the Patrick Space Force Base. Specifically, the Patrick Space Force Base is in need of water line repairs. I also attempted to contact three contract specialists at the U.S. Space Force (organized under the Department of the Air Force) via email in order to confirm that I would have consent to lobby of my company's behalf to help the Patrick Space Force Base secure funding for repairing these water lines, but I received no response. Specifically, the three contract specialists that contacted were Officers Cassidy Richburg, Patricia A. Bates, & Frank Gillen. I did not get involved with the U.S. House of Representatives, U.S. Air Force, or U.S. Space force in any other way other than making the aforementioned contacts.

I own a licensed insurance agency under my company name, Elite Real Estate & Finance. My agency is contracted with the surety bond company RLI Surety. I am only lobbying on behalf of my own company & insurance agency, & not on behalf of RLI Surety. Strictly speaking, I will not use federal funds for lobbying activities, engage in any conflicts of interest, & I will adhere to all other laws governing lobbying activities.

The Patrick Space Force Base is in need of repairing water lines. The estimated cost for this repair job is 5 to 10 million dollars. The water lines are used for multiple critical reasons, including fire suppression. Once the Patrick Space Force Base receives these funds, a general contractor with the NAICS code 237110 will need a contract surety bond to work on this project. As a surety bond agency owner, I can offer surety bonds to these contractors. If I am approved as a registered lobbyist, I will contact the contracting specialist at the Patrick Space Force to obtain consent from the U.S. Space Force to lobby on my own behalf in order to help the Space Force obtain these funds.
