The Hope Center and Senate and House appropriations staff with engagement with Senate and House appropriations staff on the February FY2026 funding bill for Basic Needs grants, Student Aid Administration, and CCAMPIS 10. The Hope Center with Senate and House appropriations staff on FY2027 appropriations, including FIPSE and CCAMPIS. 11. The Hope Center and Senate HELP committee majority staff on recommendations and changes to the Understanding True Cost of College Act. 12. The Hope Center Senate Appropriations and House appropriations staff on language related to interagency agreements and shifting funds from ED to other agencies. 13.
