Support restoring uraniums federal critical mineral designation, including provisions of H.R. 209, the Permitting for Mining Needs Act, H.R. 1, the Lower Energy Costs Act, and S. 1456, the SPUR Act. Discuss H.R. 8046, the Rosatom Sanctions Enforcement Act. Support H.R. 8129, the American Nuclear Workforce Act.

Educate policymakers about Sunnova; discuss issues related to solar, including net metering, microgrids, virtual power plants, and policies to make solar accessible and affordable to all households. Inform policymakers of the impact of the Puerto Rico Energy Resilience Fund (PR-ERF) on low-income and disadvantaged communities. Support the preservation of net metering on Puerto Rico. Encourage DOE to incentivize SolarAPP+ adoption and to improve interconnection processes in the proposed House and Senate Energy and Water Appropriations bills for fiscal year (FY) 2025.

Advocate for the use of cold chain technologies aimed at hunger prevention in developing agricultural markets and the implementation of P.L. 114-195, the Global Food Security Act in the fiscal year (FY) 2025 State and Foreign Operations Appropriations Bill and the fiscal year (FY) 2025 Agriculture Appropriations Bill.

Monitor energy efficiency tax incentives in P.L. 117-169, Inflation Reduction Act; monitor international tax provisions in P.L. 117-169, Inflation Reduction Act. Support and provide feedback on the implementation of Section 25C in P.L. 117-169, Inflation Reduction Act. Monitor research and development portions in H.R. 7024, the Tax Relief for American Families and Workers Act.
