Worked with Senate (and House) towards passage of S.222 to designate certain airports as ports of entry and terminate the application of the user fee requirement under section 236 of Trade & Tariff Act of 1984. Worked with House & Senate to include language in final report; language was not included.

Requested support for infrastructure grant funds issued by executive agency for airport control tower and runway construction. Congressional letters (2) issued.

Worked with Senate towards passage of S.222 Border Airport Fairness Act to designate certain airports as ports of entry and terminate the application of the user fee requirement under section 236 of Trade & Tariff Act of 1984; Requested support from Congressional Representative & Senator towards infrastructure grant funds issued by executive agency for airport control tower and runway construction. Submitted invitation requests to US House (Rep. Gonzalez, TX.) & Senators Cornyn (TX.) and Cruz (TX.) to attend Airport Control Tower Groundbreaking ceremony in April, 2024.
