Continuation of the DoD Manufacturing and Technology Program. Continuation of corrosion prevention and control efforts defense-wide. Implementation of consortial agreements for mission-critical research, development, testing, and evaluation work by colleges and universities. Support for DoD corrosion studies on policy and practice related to the role of technology, curriculum, and standards in military painter training programs.

Continued support for teacher loan forgiveness program, Title IV federal student aid to colleges and universities, TRIO/GEAR UP programs, and Title II of the Higher Education Act. Title IX protections for survivors of gender-based violence.

General support for Violence Against Women Act Reauthorization.
