Feedback on and support for public land conservation and designation legislation including: S. 706, Ruby Mountains Protection Act; S. 1149, Recovering America's Wildlife Act; H.R. 6492, Expanding Public Lands Outdoor Recreation Experiences Act; S. 4752, the Malheur Community Empowerment for the Owyhee Act; and S. 173, the Colorado Outdoor Recreation & Economy Act.

Support for and feedback on: S. 373, Reinvesting in Shoreline Economies and Ecosystems Act of 2023, H.R. 6841, Resilient Coasts and Estuaries Act, S. 1381/H.R. 2950, the Coastal Habitat Conservation Act, H.R. 6814, Marine Fisheries Habitat Protection Act, S. 3786, the Modernizing Access to Our Public Oceans Act and issues related to coastal restoration, aquatic invasive species and public access.

Supported FY25 appropriations requests related to public lands, access and digital mapping, source water protection, wildlife migration corridors, cooperative research units, chronic wasting disease, reclamation/water conservation, wildlife refuges, USDA conservation operations and assistance, Great Lakes, Chesapeake Bay, and Everglades restoration funding, wildlife migration, and other conservation accounts.

Supported S.98, the Agriculture Innovation Act; S.174, the CRP Improvement Act; S. 1161/H.R. 5186 the Voluntary Public Access Improvement Act; S 1853/H.R. 4018, the Headwaters Protection Act, S. 4193/H.R. 8104 the Habitat Connectivity on Working Lands Act; and other work on conservation in the Farm Bill; Support for administrative actions to conserve and expand migration corridor conservation on private land, address Chronic Wasting Disease.
