Provide client with assistance on water issues related to the Provo River Enclosure Project, including monitoring developments in Congress and within the Dept. of Interior. Support and monitor implementation of P.L. 113-129 which amends certain definitions contained in the Provo River Project Transfer Act for purposes of clarifying certain property descriptions.

Support The Water and Agriculture Tax Reform Act.
