Lobbied in support of US support for Las Anod, US condemnation of Somaliland aggression against Las Anod, cancellation of planned US military exercise in the Port of Berbera, prohibiting the U.S. Department of State and Department of Defense from providing military assistance and nonmilitary assistance to Somaliland per Somaliland's human rights violation and possible war crimes against the people of Las Anod and the SSC (per Leahy Law and Foreign Assitance Act of 1961).
