Absent Congressional intervention, physicians are facing a 3.37 percent payment reduction on January 1, 2024. - Advocate for the removal of the ban on the creation and expansion of physician-owned hospitals, which was enacted as Section 6001 of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. - Relating to federal Independent Dispute Resolution operation under the No Surprises Act -TMA urges the Department to finalize this proposed CARC(Claim Adjustment Reason Codes) and RARC(Remittance Advice Remark Codes) requirments - Expand the QPA disclosure requirements.
