Opening up more imports of Hawaiian agriculture to the U.S. mainland; Engaging USDA on changes to programs that would allow Hawaii to participate in programs, especially as it relates to pest and disease control; Issues related to USDA's Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS); engage with House and Senate offices on FY27 appropriations requests.
