Ongoing efforts to assist Client with strategy and advice related to the Passenger Vessel Safety Interim Rule being developed/implemented by the USCG; assist Client to schedule/attend in-person Hill staff meetings in Washington, DC to discuss progress Continue to monitor pending EPA ruling on CA CARB revisions to harbor craft engine emission standards; ongoing search of Federal grant opportunities for vessel engine emission reduction projects Ongoing communications with Client on numerous marine/oceans issues including: status of marine sanctuaries and OSW energy development in the region, Hill staff changes, NOAAs 2023 IRA spend plan, MMPA issues; fishery disaster reform; and MSA reauthorization
