SEALASKA CORPORATION

- Federal legislation to authorize an exchange of Sealaska Corporation subsurface estate on Admiralty Island for U.S. Forest Service land elsewhere. - Federal legislation, including S. 1889 and H.R. 4748, to permit the Native residents of each of the Native Villages of Haines, Ketchikan, Petersburg, Tenakee, and Wrangell, Alaska, to organize as Urban Corporations and to receive certain settlement land under the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act of 1971.
