S.365: DREAM Act of 2023 To authorize the cancellation of removal and adjustment of status of certain individuals who are long-term United States residents and who entered the United States as children, and for other purposes (ALL). H.R. 7725 and S. 4115: Embracing Anti-Discrimination, Unbiased Curriculum, and Advancing Truth in Education (EDUCATE) Act To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to prohibit graduate medical schools from receiving Federal financial assistance if such schools adopt certain policies and requirements relating to diversity, equity, and inclusion (ALL). H.R. 7213: Autism CARES Act of 2024 To amend the Public Health Service Act to enhance activities of the National Institutes of Health with respect to research on autism spectrum disorder and enhance programs relating to autism / reauthorize certain programs with respect to autism spectrum disorder, and for other purposes (ALL).

H.R. 3630: Student Athlete Level Playing Field Act To prohibit certain entities from barring a student athlete from participating in intercollegiate athletics as a result of such student athlete entering into an endorsement contract, and for other purposes (ALL). H.R. 4948 and S. 2554: College Athlete Economic Freedom Act To establish name, image, and likeness rights for college athletes at institutions of higher education, and for other purposes (ALL). Pending House legislation from Rep. Gus Bilirakis (R-FL-12): Fairness Accountability and Integrity in Representation of (FAIR) College Sports Act To protect the rights of student athletes to covered compensation, to prohibit inducements and provide for transparency with respect to name, image, and likeness agreements, and to establish a committee for intercollegiate athletics, and for other purposes (ALL). S. 2495: Protecting Athletes, Schools, and Sports Act of 2023 A bill to protect student athletes, ensure fair competition and compensation, and preserve intercollegiate athletics, and for other purposes (ALL). Pending Senate legislation from Senators Cory Booker (D-NJ), Richard Blumenthal (D-CT), and Jerry Moran (R-KS): College Athletes Protection and Compensation Act To provide standards relating to compensation for the use of the name, image, and likeness rights of college athletes and to provide protections for college athletes, and for other purposes (ALL). Pending Senate legislation from Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) to protect the name, image, and likeness rights of student athletes and to promote fair competition among intercollegiate athletics, and for other purposes (ALL). H.R. 8304: Protect the Benefits for Athletes and Limit Liability Act of 2024 To provide for a limitation on liability for certain institutions regarding limitations on compensation to student athletes (ALL). H.R. 8534: Protecting Student Athletes Economic Freedom Act of 2024 To prohibit a student athlete from being considered an employee of an institution, a conference, or an association based on participation in certain intercollegiate athletics (ALL).

H.R. 3941 and S. 2983: Schools Not Shelters Act Prohibits using the facilities of certain schools that receive federal financial assistance to provide shelter or housing for any non-U.S. national (alien under federal law) who has not been admitted for lawful entry (ALL). H.R. 793 and S. 161: JOBS Act of 2023 Expands student eligibility for Pell Grants by establishing the Job Training Federal Pell Grant program (ALL). H.R. 4986 and S. 2557: Student Loan Interest Elimination Act To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to eliminate interest on student loans, establish the Education Affordability Trust Fund, increase annual and aggregate loan limits, and for other purposes (ALL). H.R. 961: Pell to Grad Act To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to increase the period of eligibility for Federal Pell Grants, and for other purposes (ALL). H.R. 5933 and S. 3362: Defending Education Transparency and Ending Rogue Regimes Engaging in Nefarious Transactions (DETERRENT) Act A bill to amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to require additional information in disclosures of foreign gifts and contracts from foreign sources, restrict contracts with certain foreign entities and foreign countries of concern, require certain staff and faculty to report foreign gifts and contracts, and require disclosure of certain foreign investments within endowments (ALL). H.R. 6951: College Cost Reduction Act A bill to lower the cost of postsecondary education for students and families (ALL). H.R. 1731: Lowering Obstacles to Achievement Now (LOAN) Act A bill to amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to double the Pell Grant award amount, improve the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program, and reduce interest rates, and for other purposes (ALL). H.R. 5998 and S. 3086: Americas College Promise Act A bill to amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to establish grants for tuition-free community colleges, student success grants, and grants for Historically Black Colleges and Universities, Tribal Colleges and Universities, and Minority-Serving Institutions, and for other purposes (ALL). H.R. 2957 and S. 1349: College Transparency Act A bill to establish a postsecondary student data system.
