RURAL MULTIFAMILY LENDERS COUNCIL (RMLC)

Ensuring that the policymaking process the Dept of Ag's Rural Housing Services has appropriate input from its financial partners in the Sec 538 public/private program. Examining and advocating for needed funding levels to serve families of modest means; work with Dept of Ag RD to ensure sufficient capacity to absorb increased Sec 538 funding levels. Third-party review process reform to speed the approval of this important housing product.
