Need to continue to fund SNOTEL sites for NRCS and related needs for funding of federal programs to collect data; Importance of Closed Basin Project and continued funding; Support for irrigated land retirement programs associated with groundwater; Emphasis on the potential for a Rio Grande Study bill that would involve the District in an interstate water investigation and our desire to protect our compact allocation and not be part of any study.
