Home health policy and reimbursement issues, including: issues related to the home health payment system (Patient Driven Groupings Model or PDGM), issues impacting the home health provider community including issues regarding home health services provided through the Medicare Advantage program, residual issues impacting home health providers related to COVID19,workforce shortages impacting home health, continued improvement of the home health benefit, other policies impacting home health including an adequate market basket inflationary update, payment rates and issues related to the proposed (and final) Home Health Prospective Payment System. Legislation supporting the Home Health Program including S. 2137 and a companion bill in the House of Representatives.
