Outreach to Members of Congress regarding commuter rail services on the UP-N, UP-W, Milwaukee North, Milwaukee West, and UP-NW commuter railroad lines. Education and advocacy on Metras rail bridge funding initiative and Chicago O'Hare International Airport express rail initiative (no bill numbers).

Fiscal Year 2024 community project funding requests (P.L. 118-42); funding issues related to rail bridge and station infrastructure (no bill number); education and advocacy on issues related to transit funding needs (no bill number), education and advocacy on funding related to the transit fiscal cliff (no bill number); Fiscal Year 2025 community project funding requests (no bill number).

Provisions impacting commuter rail contained in the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (P.L. 117-58) and post-passage commuter railroad and transit grant program implementation. Outreach related to federal discretionary grant programs and letters of support. Updates regarding Metra service and capital budget information for impacted constituents. Issues related to National Environmental Protection Act (NEPA) clearances and backlogs.
