Advocate for changes to the EPA's Draft Herbicide Strategy.

Maintain support for the Federal Crop Insurance program, including efforts to increase coverage and subsidies for producers; encourage changes to the USDA's 2nd round of payments under the Emergency Relief program; back increases in reference prices under USDA's Price Loss Coverage and Agriculture Risk Coverage programs; support increases in funding for the U.S. Wheat & Barley Scab Initiative and funding for the North Dakota State University Center for Ag Policy and Trade Studies; support an increase in funding for USDA's Market Access Program and Foreign Market Development Program; advocate changes to EPA's proposed Workplan for evaluating pesticides under the Endangered Species Act; communicate importance of not mandating climate or conservation practices and not tying them to crop insurance; and urge revisions to the Department of Labor rule on Adverse Effect Wage Rates under the H-2A program.
