Advocate for the rights of people with criminal records to be free from discrimination in the workplace. Support the Be Heard Act. Advocate for proper use of Artificial Intelligence such that it doesn't result in discrimination in the workplace.

Advocating for increased appropriations for DOL, specifically for the Solicitor of Labor, for UI administration, and for OSHA and the WHD, and the NLRB.

Advocating for reform and modernization of the UI program. Advocating for increased investment in UI technology and DOL oversight of development of such platforms. SUpport UI Modernization and Recession Readiness Act of 2023 and UI Integrity and Accessibility Act.

Overtime reform including the Restoring Overtime Pay Act; working to reinvigorate enforcement of Wage and Hour Laws and OSH Act. Support the PRO Act; FAIR Act FAMILY Act and Healthy Families Act; Paycheck Fairness Act; Advocating for better protections for workers who are misclassified as independent contractors Urge OSHA to issue a standard governing how employers must deal with extreme heat in the workplace; Support legislation giving workers the right to refuse unsafe work. Support the FTC's rule to ban non-complete clauses. Support DOL's overtime regulation

Support efforts to continue grants of TPS. Advocating for better practices among Executive Agencies to better protect the immigrant workforce, including various types of deferred action and visas for trafficked workers or those suffering violations of their rights on the job. Support immigration reform legislation including the WISE Act and the POWER Act. Advocate to extend DALE (deferred action for labor enforcement) from 2 years to 4 years.
