Le Roi Capital is helping a small business client named MSN Air Service, Inc get over difficulties while a tenant at the JFK Airport/Port Authority of NY & NJ. The client needs assistance and we are helping lobby; specifically to ease back due rent and be apart of the new JFK Redevelopment "Master Plan"; the client would like to lease new land and build a cargo facility for usage.

MSN Air Service, Inc is under threat from the PANYNJ to close down there cargo facilities and is in need of a new home. Le Roi Capital will be advocating to Congressional Member(s) for assistance in navigating the PANYNJ, an entity that oversees JFK Airport.
