● Provide Client with information on opportunity to submit comments on Tribal Head Start Program at HUD
● Review Working Waterfront draft legislation for Client; review FISH Wellness Act, provide feedback to Hill staff on House staff; review H.R. 6235 and reach out to Hill staff to discuss legislation ● Provide Client with opportunity to comment on draft Senate Offshore Wind legislation; continue to provide ongoing feedback & advice to Client on Administration developments re: offshore wind energy sites ● Provide Client with advice for commenting on NOAAs data confidentiality proposed rule; review NOAAs final 2024 MMPA List of Fisheries for impacts to Client interests ● Participate in Hill staff committee meeting on national fisheries issues ● Provide drafting assistance to Client for waiver comment letter to NOAA; ongoing efforts assisting Client with MMPA waiver and whaling treaty support; currently awaiting further agency actin in 2nd Qtr 2024 ● Provide Client with regular and ongoing review of grants, policies and regulations in the federal data base; research and provide Client with several federal funding opportunities related to improving the water supply to the Tribes Reservation; port improvements, and broadband services
