IHA advocated to our Members of Congress as well as to CMS on issues related to: Site-neutral policies, 340B, hospital finances, workforce concerns, regulatory relief and other similar topics related to hospital sustainability and operations. IHA also submitted comment to CMS on their proposed rule on the Fiscal Year 2025 Inpatient Prospective Payment System and comment on the request for information from HHS, DOJ and the FTC on consolidation in health care.

IHA also submitted comment to CMS on their proposed rule on the Calendar Year 2025 Medicare Advantage and their proposed rule on information blocking disincentives.
