Monitor, report, and advocate positions with respect to legislation pertaining to the bridge accident at the Port of Baltimore and proposed changes to the Limitation on Liability Act. Monitor and report on developments with federal agency reports and recommendations. Issues related to Section 401 of the pending House Coast Guard Reauthorization bill, H.R. 7659.
