BUD HR 4665/S 2438 - Department of State, Foreign Operations, and Related Programs Appropriations Act, 2024 Provisions related to strengthening the US-Israel relationship through defense, international development, and research partnerships; fully funding the Office of the Special Envoy to Combat Antisemitism; increased funding for the Office of the Special Envoy for Holocaust Issues; establishing and funding a Special Envoy to the Abraham Accords with the rank of Ambassador in the State Department. BUD HR 7113 - Making emergency supplemental appropriations in line with the Presidents request in response to the ongoing attack on Ukraines sovereignty by Russia and in response to the attacks in Israel for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2024, and for other purposes. Provisions related to supplemental funding for Israel. this bill provides emergency supplemental appropriations for Ukraine and Israel for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2024.

CIV HR 6090/S 3141 - Antisemitism Awareness Act of 2023 All provisions This bill provides for the consideration of a definition of antisemitism set forth by the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance for the enforcement of Federal antidiscrimination laws concerning education programs or activities, and for other purposes. CIV HR 3773/ S 3078 - Stop Anti-Semitism on College Campuses Act All provisions This bill prohibits an institution of higher education (IHE) that participates in federal student aid programs from authorizing, facilitating, providing funding for, or otherwise supporting any event that promotes anti-Semitism on the IHE's campus. CIV HR 6914 - Pregnant Student Rights Act All provisions This bill requires each institution of higher education (IHE) that participates in federal student aid programs to provide certain information to prospective and enrolled students on the rights and resources for pregnant students to carry a baby to term or students who may become pregnant while enrolled at the IHE to carry a baby to term.

CSP HR 7521 - Protecting Americans from Foreign Adversary Controlled Applications Act All Provisions This bill prohibits distributing, maintaining, or providing internet hosting services for a foreign adversary controlled application (e.g., TikTok). However, the prohibition does not apply to a covered application that executes a qualified divestiture as determined by the President.

EDU HR 603/S 1273 - Holocaust Education and Antisemitism Lessons Act All provisions This bill will require a study on Holocaust education efforts of States, local educational agencies, and public elementary and secondary schools, and for other purposes. EDU HR 6516/S 3448 - Never Again Reauthorization Act of 2023 All provisions This bill reauthorizes the Director of the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum to support Holocaust education programs through fiscal year 2030, and for other purposes.

FAM HR 6918 Supporting Pregnant and Parenting Women and Families Act All provisions This bill prohibits the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) from finalizing, implementing, or enforcing (with respect to certain pregnancy centers) a provision of a proposed rule modifying the standard for a state's reasonable use of funds under the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) program.
