Dietary Guidelines, DRI values, food labeling regulations, Congressional Oversight thereof. Organic standards and enforcement.

FTAs or other preferential trade agreements. Any WTO or other foreign trade negotiations that might impact tariff or tariff rate quotas on sugar. Mexican Anti-Dumping and Countervailing duty trade cases and suspension agreements. Administration of sugar TRQs, including allocation and amounts for raw, refined, and specialty sugar. Any other trade issues affecting sugar or biofuels.

Public Law 113-79: The Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018. H.R. 8467, the Farm, Food, and National Security Act of 2024 and other bills under consideration: Re-authorization of the Farm Bill. The sugar title, provisions on biofuel from sugar or sugar cane, general commodity and conservation program issues. Administration of US sugar policy. Agriculture related legislation or programs addressing climate change.
