Oppose the Energy Permitting Reform Act especially provisions related to offshore drilling, onshore drilling and mining (S 4753). Support public lands protections including Ocmulgee Mounds National Park and Preserve Establishment Act (S.4216/H.R.8182), Apostle Islands National Park and Preserve Act (H.R.9111), Boundary Waters Wilderness Protection and Pollution Prevention Act (H.R.668), Colorado Outdoor Recreation and Economy (CORE) Act (S.1634/H.R.3437), PUBLIC Lands Act (S.1776/H.R.3700/H.R.2545), Malheur Community Empowerment for the Owyhee Act (S.1890). Oppose the Fix Our Forests Act (HR 8790).

Support FY25 appropriations for the Monarch and Pollinator Highway Program under THUD to save bees and butterflies.

Support strong protections against logging for old growth and mature forests in the Forest Service's final National Old Growth Amendment.

Support the Plastic Pellet Free Waters Act (HR 7634, S 2337). Oppose CRA overturning the EPA's light duty and medium duty vehicle pollution standards. Support the BEACH Act including water quality testing to make our beaches safe for swimming (HR 7203).

Urge Senators to support the Department of Energy's final efficiency standards including for water heaters and to oppose any efforts to overturn them via CRA.
