Educate policymakers about the domestic infant formula shortage, including S.1782 / H.R.3778, Formula 3.0 Act. Monitor Department of Health and Human Services activity related to guidance on marketing of breastmilk substitutes.

Monitor labeling of plant-based and dairy products; monitor and discuss nutrition policies with policymakers, including the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC), Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), and other nutrition programs for students and children. Monitor regulations related to nutrition, including those contained in the National Strategy on Hunger, Nutrition, and Health Monitor the development of the FY 2025 Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related Agencies Bill. Monitor the development of the Dietary Guidelines Advisory Committee scientific report and educate the Administration on Danone's priorities. Educate Members of Congress and the Administration about the importance of the food and beverage industry to the U.S. economy.

Monitor organic agriculture issues, including integrity and enforcement standards for organic livestock and dairy. Engage with the Department of Agriculture on the Partnerships for Climate-Smart Commodities program. Monitor the implementation of funding contained in P.L.117-169, the Inflation Reduction Act for climate-smart agriculture, conservation, and rural development. Monitor the Farm Bill reauthorization process, including the Farm, Food, and National Security Act of 2024 (H.R. 8467) and the Rural Prosperity and Food Security Act (Senate draft), and educate Members and the Administration on Danone's nutrition and conservation priorities.
